Welcome to my little corner of blogland! This is the only sane spot I can come in my crazy life! :) Here I share my sometimes funny sometimes NOT-day to day insanity I call my life, along with my sweet wooly hubby & all our boys :)

If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; there is where they should be.
Now put foundations under them.

WIP a lap quilt I am making for my Mom.  This is my first attempt at free motion quilting on an actual quilt lol.  Ignore all the wacky quilting marking, I had a hard time making up my mind exactly how I was going to quilt it at first =)

Some new fabrics to add to my ever growing piles

There was a pink colorway of the paisleys as well but it was kind of blurry so it got left behind

The elephants will go in my I Spy tote, the pink peace sign butterflies might as well =)  The other pink one I am collecting bright prints for a patchworky quilt in my future.

This cute corduroy was on clearance, it will be made into a sling bag.

I am *just now* getting back into blogging after many years of only updating sporadically, stop by again soon!

I should be practising some Free Motion Quilting but at the moment I'm still using lots of straight lines! Good to read you!
