Welcome to my little corner of blogland! This is the only sane spot I can come in my crazy life! :) Here I share my sometimes funny sometimes NOT-day to day insanity I call my life, along with my sweet wooly hubby & all our boys :)

AI COUNTRY NIGHT YAY :)

I've been looking forward to tonight :) I am a huge country fan, second only to southern gospel. All the performers were a credit to the genre (unlike last week OY). Martina McBride is beautiful and does a GREAT job singing I love all her songs! On to the review ;)

Phil Stacey - “Where The Blacktop Ends” - WOWSA you go Phil! I was dying LOL floored me Phil you found your niche for sure!

Jordin Sparks - “Broken Wing” - Very very nice job and I loved what the judges said to her :)

Sanjaya Malakar - “Something To Talk About” - blah go home and stay :/

LaKisha Jones - “Jesus, Take The Wheel” - I thought she did a very good job :) I was surprised the judges seem to have turned on her :(

Chris Richardson - “Mayberry” - Well I got awfully excited last week for him but back to blase this week :( He didnt do the song alot of justice.

Melinda Doolittle - “Trouble Is A Woman” - Never heard of this song but I liked it :) Good job by Melinda, better than last week for sure.

Blake Lewis - “When The Stars Go Blue” - Very nice job! He seems a little draggy this week though, not in his VOCALS but in his attitude. I kind of think the Virginia tragedy subdued attitudes, understandably.

Who should go? - Sanjaya of course, will probably be Phil even though he did awesome :(

Best of the night? - Phil I think! Or Jordin she did a phenomenal job :)

LOL Well, a parting of the ways just means different strokes for different folks so no hard feelings there! ;) I think Jordin was the star of the night too! I do wish they'd started the show however, with at least a nod to the Hokies instead of making it such an "afterthought" that Simon threw in after the native Virginian mentioned it.

I agree with your comments on Chris. Last week I really liked him for once, but not this week.
