Welcome to my little corner of blogland! This is the only sane spot I can come in my crazy life! :) Here I share my sometimes funny sometimes NOT-day to day insanity I call my life, along with my sweet wooly hubby & all our boys :)

1st Day Of School!

11th grade

SUMMER FLEW BY!  And today the bus came and swallowed up my Hawger, Lovey rode his bike and Wildchild drove.

My husband always says fall is the season that is the *end, that summer dies, leaves die, flowers die.  But I ALWAYS think of fall as the *beginning, new school year!  Just different outlooks LOL.  Its not quite fall weather yet but it has cooled off a LOT.  This has been the hottest summer of record here since 1952.  We've broken records several times.  Now when we see 90 degrees, that's a cool spell ;)  In celebration of *almost fall* I have sourdough bread rising, and veggie stew simmering in the crock pot. I'll bake some cupcakes for my little men's after school snack as well.

Its so sad to see the summer end, that's true.  And once the school year starts its a snowball rolling down hill, faster and faster.  But I won't deny being ready to settle into a routine with Little Man, spend more one on one time with him.  He's crawling now, just got his first top tooth, third tooth all together.  He's going to miss his bubbies, he's the most social baby I've ever known, he hates being by himself.  (He's going to do well in daycare when I go to school in Jan.)  I'll share a few pics of him today too..just because ;)

Supper sounds delish. I may have to leave now and drive down to be there in time for supper. I am super excited to be coming home and visiting everyone. I have to finish up with my horse shows because they keep points and such and I am vieing for a title. FYI....after spendong a few months alone with Momma, without the boys...come January, he's gonna be over a year old and he ain't gonna want Momma going anywhere. He probably would do better to start his day care routine as a baby. When I use to baby sit the older kids who had never stayed anywhere were always the toughest. Hopefully taking him to church will keep him tuned up in this department. he is so sweet. Mom always tells me how sweet he is. Miss you all, hope the boys have good today.
