Happy Love Month :)

That's right, its the month of loooooove ;)
In light of ALL my negativity swirling around me lately, I am going to chose to focus on LOVE right now. God's love to me, my love to Him, love of my family, friends, just love all together!


I John 4:8 says FOR GOD IS LOVE.
If I want to love, I have to have God.
If I want to have God, I have to have love.
Easy breezy :)

Last year about this time I was teaching 3rd and 4th grade Sunday school, and we did a month on learning some of God's names. I had no idea that would still be in my mind this year, I wish I'd have kept the lesson. That is another thing I am going to do this month, read/document those again. Maybe even write some of them in my back of my Bible for future reference :)

I am also rereading Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer.
I need some warfare brushing up.
There is a lot of 'stinkin thinkin' going on around here.
I am also very seriously kicking around getting the kids version and some study guides and doing this in my Sun. school class now, seeings as how I teach it, hubby hangs out and participates, and both my older boys are in my class now ;)
We as a family could definitely benefit from some positive spirits.

Jordan feels better yesterday and today, so I am canceling his appointment for now. They would have sent him home anyway, can't fix it if its not grossly symptomatic. After all THIS time it might actually work ;) Lets hope!
