Welcome to my little corner of blogland! This is the only sane spot I can come in my crazy life! :) Here I share my sometimes funny sometimes NOT-day to day insanity I call my life, along with my sweet wooly hubby & all our boys :)

Fell off the fabric wagon :) (and LOVIN IT lol)

Had my mother's day shopping spree :) Bought a total of 18 yards. All of them were 20%+ off. The solids are all Kona, and I got them for $2.87 a yrd. The poppies were to go with the solid red to make a purse. The green with white is called Mary Jane, the polka dots I've been wanting FOREVER.

These two are coordinates to THIS fabric bought back in Dec. or so. I dunno what to do with them but I heart them hehe.

ANNISSA IF YOU ARE READING THIS STOP NOW DO NOT SCROLL DOWN OR I'LL COME KICK YOUR BOOTY OK GIRLY GIRL? OK THEN :)

This is what I am working on for my friend Annissa's new baby boy Nathan :) (Randi see how far reaching your little tutorial was?!)
Ok hope all you mothers have happy day's Sunday! We will be grilling out and my mom will be coming by. xoxo melzie

Thanks for visiting my blog. Thought I would do the same for you. It sounds like we have a lot in common. I have 2 boys with adhd. Neither are on meds right now. I love GOD too...and love to go to church. I have been sewing for 4 years and I am addicted to fabric. I have had to cut back on buying. I was asked what I wanted for Mother's day and of course I said money for fabric. LOL. Glad to meet you....

Looks like you got some great fabric.

Loved to see the family pictures in the previous post. Nice looking boys! That little Hawger - he is just the cutest thing!

Happy Mothers Day

Melzie. What do you aim to do with that red and white material? Would you make me up a red and white block? I've been meaning to ask you for ages, but completely forgot. Sorry :-(

Melzie,
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I had no idea that morning weight was so different from evening weight. WOW!

I have seen your name around a few times when commenting at others' blogs. (Well, I assume it is you. I don't suppose there is another mom blogger named Melzie, is there?) Now I know who you are. And a quilter too? I might be in big trouble if I read your blog too much... I already have too many unfinished projects underway!

I'll check back. Enjoy the fabric.

Whoa, love those two designed pieces of fabric. I thought they were pieced and I was wondering how you got such a great effect. Guess I should read before looking at the pictures, but the photos are so much fun!
