So glad that you are starting to feel better Melzie. Make sure you get some rest. Running the washer is a good idea to use the water rather than wasting it, but you need your sleep. I generally leave my faucet on a slow drip when it gets super cold outside.
Glad you're feeling better. My house gets to that point too...and nobody but me seems to even care.
