Night Owls are not meant to RISE AND SHINE

you know the term rise and shine right? Well I never do lol. I am a night owl as are almost all my kids (not poor hubby though!)  I got up early today wide awake, got laundry going, read my Bible, wrote down some recipes, started Amish Friendship Bread starter AND sourdough starter, and even made Little Man some pancakes. I was feeling a little full of myself until I noticed my sourdough starter was rising..and rising and RISING..all the way to the top of the jar (doesn't do that even when I double lol). Double checked, I was supposed to do almost 3 TEASPOONS of yeast, did 3 TABLESPOONS. Sigh. :) So I tried to rise and shine but my yeast did instead lol!

In other news, I have a shiny brand new ETSY shop open!  I only have one item for sale so far, but check back for more stuff soon!
