Well, took these oh so lovely pics last week, these are my *before* pics.
I apologize in advance for the oh so unflattering site lol...
SO, started last Monday, portion control, no eating after 7pm(mostly), no sodas, no sweets.
Did pretty good, did better on some days than others, almost gave up Thursday.
Grand total that melzie shrunk this week...
I'm happy with that :)
