I am sick again :(

One of the kids (girl) is sick again :(

Seems our tummies weren't ready for McD's :(

BUT...the Monster Truck thing we had at our local racetrack last night...AWESOME! :)

Hope you guy's are feeling better soon. The heat seem's to makae it worse. Try a diet of sweet tea,(real suger, just cold and no ice) toast and white rice
