Welcome to my little corner of blogland! This is the only sane spot I can come in my crazy life! :) Here I share my sometimes funny sometimes NOT-day to day insanity I call my life, along with my sweet wooly hubby & all our boys :)

GO CARDS & A BIG GRATITUDE!

Man alive if you missed last night's game 7 you MISSED IT it was awesome! The last inning St.Louis rallied and won! On to the world series starting Sat. night against Detroit Tigers! I am not a huge baseball fan but when the Cards hit the post season playoffs I get excited :) You should tune in and watch, if nothing else because there are lots of cute young guys to gaze at ;)

Yes I am definitely praising the Lord, Wed. night it got COLD here. We lit our furnace last week (its a living room furnace, like a Warm Morning stove) and we have to train ourselves not to pile junk up there after we light it. Well Wed. night I had left the living room window open and our bedroom window and I woke up before dawn FREEZING. I shut the windows, but I bet it was 50 degrees or colder in the house. Then I noticed my PURSE had been sitting on the furnace ALL NIGHT LONG! Not 10 min. after I moved my purse and closed the windows THEN the heater kicked on!!!!!!! Coincidence? Good luck? I THINK NOT! God kept us safe and all the praises going to him :) Woohoo I've been sharing that story with everyone :)

Have a good day!

Gratitudes:
God's hand on us
Molina hitting a home run to score 2 runs and carry the cards to the WORLD SERIES YAY!
Warm blankets for cool nights :)
Cai Boi (Cowboy lol) going home on Survivor he drove me NUTS lol
Lack of depression feelings
Lack of headaches (yay for haircuts lol)

I'm so happy the Card's made it to the series. I am not a big baseball watcher, but I admire Tony Larussa, his coaching style, and his love of animals. I guess I am a fair weather fan, but I will always cheer for his team (unless he went to the Yankees *s*)

It was a good game. The last inning was a bit of a nail biter. Congratulation on the win.

glad to hear you're feeling better. We are in Spring here and the past couple of days have been so cold, it's felt like Winter again.

I'm so excited for the Cards too! And they one last night's game, even!! Wahoooo!! My dh and I used to live about 12 miles from St Louis - loved it there. We're still die hard St Louis fans and probably always will be.

I'm learning to quilt too.

Love your blog, I'll be back again!

I'm so sad we are cheering for opposing teams! At least there is one person I am happy for today despite the Tiger's loss.

I'm so glad God kept you safe... sometimes it is just nice to know you are being watched over. I agree -- those things are not coincidence!
